Return & Refund Policy

1. Services
Once a service has been completed (e.g. treatments such as hair & scalp, dentist, aesthetics), we do not offer refunds. If you're unhappy with the results, please speak with us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
2. Products
If you purchased a skincare or health product from our clinic, you can return it within 7 days of purchase if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- You have the original receipt
Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We'll offer a replacement or refund after inspection.
4. Prepaid Packages
If you've paid in advance for a package (like a series of aesthetic or dental treatments), unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds will be calculated based on services already used, plus an administrative fee.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your bank or card provider. If you still need help, contact us directly.
